Filoli has welcomed an exceptional community of governance leaders through an open search process over the past few years. These volunteer leaders have brought valuable expertise and dedication to Filoli’s board and committees. Potrero Group is proud to partner once again with Filoli during an exciting time in the organization’s history. Filoli is currently preparing to launch a $25 million capital campaign, welcoming over 760,000 visitors annually and strengthening its relationships with diverse communities. To strengthen its governance to lead these efforts, Filoli is committing to its Committees as the primary entry point for new volunteer leaders and a primary pathway to Board membership.
Committee Members play a crucial role in guiding strategic discussions and decision making, while gaining valuable experience alongside Board leaders. Filoli seeks candidates from diverse backgrounds and experience levels who demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to community engagement. Ideal candidates should have expertise in areas such as finance, fundraising, historic preservation, environmental conservation, or communications, along with a genuine passion for Filoli’s mission.
