Following a robust search attracting fundraising leaders from the nonprofit conservation sector, Wood River Land Trust of Hailey, ID selected Megan Pulliam to serve as Director of Advancement. In her most recent role as Chief Development Officer at Terra Praxis, Megan built the development practice from the ground up and engaged with individuals, foundations, corporations, and governments passionate about creating scalable, equitable solutions for the climate challenge. Megan secured a 7-figure government grant, achieved 3x growth in individual and family foundation fundraising within a year, and expanded major gifts programs. Prior to her tenure at Terra Praxis, Megan was a consultant at CCS Fundraising, where she led multimillion-dollar campaigns for a diverse range of nonprofit organizations across arts and culture, education, health, and religion. Megan is well poised to lead WRLT in its development efforts to protect and sustain the treasured landscapes and life-giving waters of the Wood River Valley and inspire love for this special place for generations to come. She joined WRLT in June 2024.
