Following a robust and competitive search attracting civic leaders from around the country, The Trail Conservancy of Austin, TX selected Kimberly McNeeley to serve as CEO. In her tenure with the Austin Parks and Recreation Department, Kimberly championed initiatives to connect communities and children to nature, established land management strategies that increase sustainable and biodiverse ecosystems, and implemented environmentally responsible maintenance practices. With over three decades of experience in recreational management and community engagement, Kimberly is poised to lead TTC in its ongoing efforts to protect, enhance, and connect Austin’s beloved Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail. She joined The Trail in June 2024.
