Columbia Land Trust is dedicated to conserving and caring for the vital lands, waters, and wildlife of the Columbia River region in Oregon and Washington. It works through sound science and strong relationships to connect more people to nature and address the urgent challenges facing the Northwest, including the historic inequities related to conservation and land.
The Land Trust seeks passionate, committed board members to transform and sustain the organization. As a board member, you will lend insight and guidance to the organization’s strategy, operations, and financial management. You will be an emissary to the community, promoting the Land Trust’s work and cultivating financial support. You will ensure that its work and its workplace are equitable and inclusive.
By joining the Columbia Land Trust Board of Directors, you will directly support the success of its mission while giving back to nature in an effective, fun, and inspired way. You will work as part of a team of diverse, accomplished board members, while connecting with and supporting conservation experts, community members, and other partners and allies, and enhancing you personal and professional development.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who bring fresh perspectives and unique skills to our organization. If you care deeply about the Pacific Northwest and you believe your voice adds new depth and resonance to our governance, we encourage you to apply.
