Located in Livermore, CA, the Tri-Valley Conservancy is looking for a strategic, visionary Executive Director to advance the organization's land conservation, advocacy, and support for the vibrant culture and economy of its beloved wine country. This is an opportunity for an accomplished leader with a deep commitment to the local landscape and community to lead the Conservancy into its next chapter and enhance its legacy.
This position will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of the organization and its small, dedicated staff. They will partner with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategic priorities that increase permanently protected open space and economically sustainable vineyards, wineries, and other local agriculture. The ideal candidate will be a skilled executive and capable nonprofit manager with a diplomatic approach to external affairs and a passion for open space conservation.

Location
The Executive Director will work from the Tri-Valley Conservancy’s offices in Livermore, CA. Periodic remote work is possible.
Compensation
This is a full-time, exempt, benefit-eligible position. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $150,000–$200,000, commensurate with knowledge, abilities, and experience. Relocation support is available.
